This month, we’re kicking things up a notch with our biggest change yet: a brand relaunch and a menu that’s bolder, bigger, and tastier than ever.

Why We’re Changing Things Up
Seafood boils will always be our roots, but along the way, we noticed something. Some guests came for the seafood buckets, others wanted sizzling hot plates, juicy steaks, or fusion flavors you can’t find anywhere else. We listened, we experimented, and we built a menu that feels more adventurous, more inclusive, and still very much Seafood Master.
Think of it as a fresh take on everything you love about us, with a few surprises you didn’t know you needed.
What’s New on the Menu
We’ve packed our new menu with options that suit every craving. Here are just a few highlights:
House Specials designed to wow, like a rich Black Truffle Scallop Chowder or the Smoky Bacon & Kimchi Linguine that brings a daring East-meets-West twist.
Sizzling Fire & Grill plates that arrive at your table hot and dramatic. Angus beef, Wagyu M8, grilled dory fish, and even Thai curry sizzles, each served with rice, potatoes, and veggies.
Epic Seafood Platters made for sharing. From the jaw-dropping Sea Monster Platter that can feed a whole crew, to the Signature Platter stacked with lobster and Moreton Bay bugs.
Sweet Endings and Drinks to keep the night going. Sticky date pudding, crème brûlée, cocktails, mocktails, soju towers, and an entire drinks list that’s just as fun as the food.
